Coalition wins preliminary injunction against three ex-employees in trade secrets lawsuit

Coalition has won a preliminary injunction in an intellectual property lawsuit it filed against three former employees in a California state court. 

According to an order by Judge Anne-Christine Massullo, defendants John Loeber, Alex Becker and Shea McNamara must turn over devices and accounts for forensic inspection to determine whether or not they contain Coalition’s trade secrets.
