Aon-Willis $30bn merger to be scrutinized by Singapore regulator

Singapore’s competition regulator on Friday launched a public consultation over Aon’s proposed $30bn acquisition of Willis Towers Watson, and said it would assess whether the proposed transaction could infringe competition law.
