CAC Specialty has appointed four new producers to its natural resources team and named Robert Plumb as an executive vice president and co-head of its oil and gas business.

Jill Broughton joins the broker as a senior account manager, with over 20 years’ of energy industry experience, along with Kimberly Rossi, who takes up the role of account manager at the intermediary.
