Commercial accounts renewal rate increases begin to slow in Q1: Ivans

Commercial lines pricing in the US market rose between 4% and 5% in P&C lines, excluding workers’ compensation, amid a deceleration of pricing increases, data provider Ivans reported today.

In primary commercial auto, accounts renewed up at 4.25% on average, down from a 4.46% increase in Q4 2020, the Ivans Index showed.
