Aon has agreed to sell its German retirement unit to consultancy Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) in a further move to address the European regulator’s antitrust concerns around its takeover of Willis Towers Watson.

The move comes after Aon announced Willis Towers Watson was to sell a package of assets to AJ Gallagher for $3.6bn
