Florida casino sues four insurers for $25mm in pandemic loss coverage

A Florida casino operator is asking a court to force its four insurers to pay up to $25mn in losses related to the pandemic because their policies did not include virus exemptions.

West Flagler Associates filed suit against Indian Harbor, Hallmark, Ategrity and Great Lakes in New York, as first reported by Law 360.
