A new fronting carrier, Concert Group Holdings, has been launched in Chicago, backed by investment from private equity firm Century Equity Partners and insurance group WT Holdings. The founders of Concert Group are Brady Young, Wes Duesenberg and Christopher Collins.

Concert has acquired CEM Insurance Company, giving the start-up an Illinois-licensed insurance platform.

The start-up will provide insurance paper to clients, backed by reinsurance and captive insurance capital.
