Aon offers two non-broking businesses for sale to satisfy DoJ

Aon has offered to sell two units within its US health business, on top of the US retirement business and Retiree Exchange deal announced this week, in a bid to satisfy US antitrust concerns about its takeover of Willis Towers Watson.

According to sources, Aon has now offered to sell the group pharmaceutical purchasing, as well as the claims auditing service of its health benefits consulting business in the US.
