Dozens of rescue crews were combing the rubble of an oceanfront condominium building just outside Miami that partially collapsed early Thursday morning in search of survivors.

At least one person died when one wing of the Champaign Towers South Condo partially collapsed around 01:30, the Miami Herald reported.
