Construction insurance rates are continuing to harden as the industry rebounds, following a year-plus of pandemic-related disruption, and coverage may be harder to provide.

The hardening rate environment presents challenges to construction clients hit hard by the pandemic, Chubb executive vice president Lyndsey Christofer said at a web conference hosted by Alliant.
