Howden has announced Charlie Langdale will be the leader of a new climate risk and resilience division, which will focus on risk transfer products to help accelerate and de-risk the move towards a low carbon economy.

Langdale was previously managing director of financial lines at the firm, but in a June press release from Howden he was referred to as head of sustainable insurance.
