Texas-based fronting carrier Incline P&C announced earlier this week that it would back a new transportation program underwritten by CRC-owned MGA 5Star Specialty, which CEO Chris McClellan told this publication will help the company double its written premiums to $400mn by the end of next year.

Incline was launched in 2015 and is made up of a 40-person team, with three offices in Texas and one in Greenwich, Connecticut.
