Christopher Swift, The Hartford’s CEO, is optimistic that a rapidly growing economy will help expand the company's premium base.

Speaking during the carrier’s second quarter earnings call, Swift said: “We're probably even a little bit more bullish as we sit here today than we were 90 days ago,” referring to overall macro-economic environment.
