AJ Gallagher has purchased a majority stake in Istanbul-based Turkish specialty broker BH Sigorta ve Reasürans Brokerligi, or Brokers' House.

The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The current leadership team of Gündüz Tezel and Levent Özbilen will remain with the business.
