Willis sues Alliant over ‘orchestrated mass resignation’ in public entity team

Willis Towers Watson has sued broker rival Alliant, alleging a conspiration to “orchestrate a mass resignation” of employees from its public entities team.

The insurance broker also sued Mark Goode, Michael Honeycutt, Taylor Forst, Kim Rice, Rebecca Ann Lee, and Sean Keenan, arguing the executives breached restrictive covenants that prevent them from doing business with Willis's clients for two years.
