Joyn Insurance has named Uwe Schoberth its chief distribution officer, as the former QBE and XL executive takes the same position he held at Joyn’s predecessor company Blackboard.

The Seraina Macia-led InsurTech MGA launched this past July, with investment backing and insurance capacity provided by Bermuda (re)insurer SiriusPoint.
