Austin-based fronting company Incline P&C has bolstered its executive team with a flurry of new hires and a promotion, as the company moves ahead with an ambitious growth strategy to write $1bn in premiums by next year.

Sheel Patel joins the group as CFO, while Sameer Khan has been appointed chief risk officer. Cesar Gregorio was also named controller and Allen Halbrook was promoted to chief legal officer
