Judge William Thomas denied a motion to dismiss a case brought against several former Aon employees by their former employer in a hearing in South Florida on Tuesday.

But the judge asked Aon to amend its complaint with detailed allegations against Marsh USA and Marsh & McLennan Agency, known in the case as MMA.
