AJ Gallagher has acquired Louisiana-headquartered Files Agribusiness to expand its federal crop insurance coverage and agricultural property and casualty operations.

Retail agency Files Agribusiness has been offering agricultural aviation coverage to clients in Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi since 2010.
