James River stock leaps 11.4% on Uber portfolio sale

Shares of James River Group Holdings leaped in Thursday trading after the Bermuda-based insurer said it had sold off its legacy portfolio of auto policies related to Uber.

The stock closed up 11.4%, its best single-day performance since the insurer re-entered the public markets in 2014.
