Florida-based MGA Orchid Underwriters has reached a risk sharing agreement with R&Q Accredited America that will provide personal lines capacity to coastal markets under strain from recent cat events.

Orchid is a specialty underwriter of catastrophe-exposed property. R&Q Accredited America launched its E&S business in 2020 and is led by CEO Patrick Rastiello and property CUO Paul Amrose.
