WFH model could spike insurance-based smart technology for homes: Nationwide

As more employers embrace a hybrid “work from home” model, homeowners are turning to insurance-based smart home technology to monitor their homes amid increased wear and tear, Nationwide said.

In its new survey, Nationwide found that 66% of homeowners currently own at least one form of smart home technology.
