Willis Towers Watson president Carl Hess said the company’s ability to attract and retain talent has improved now that the uncertainty and disruption following its canceled merger deal with Aon has lifted.

Speaking at the Nasdaq Investor conference, Hess said that hiring rates had “dramatically” increased within Willis’s corporate risk and broking business (CRB).
