BMS Group has agreed to acquire reinsurance broker PWS Mexico.

The intermediary, backed by British Columbia Investment Management Corporation (BCI) and Preservation Capital Partners (PCP), will fold Mexico City-based PWS into its existing BMS Re Latin America & Caribbean (LAC) unit.
