Aon withdraws motion to find Marsh defectors in contempt over Florida lift-out

Aon withdrew without prejudice a motion to find Michael Parrish, and other former Aon executives who left for Marsh, in contempt of court, marking the latest development in the South Florida talent showdown with its blue-chip rival.

Since the motion was filed without prejudice, the broker left the door open to refile the same claim in the Miami-Dade courthouse.
