FM Global employees who have refused to comply with the company’s vaccine requirement have started receiving notices stating their employment will be terminated on January 4, and the company has begun holding offboarding meetings for the departing staff.

Sources have indicated that staff members are being terminated “for cause” but that the mutual insurer does not plan to contest unemployment claims.
