Three additional members of the Willis Towers Watson board have said they will not seek re-relection at next year’s annual shareholder meeting, now making it five directors that have stepped down from the board since Willis and Aon ended their planned merger.
On Thursday the broking and consulting giant said Anna Catalano, Wendy Lane and Wilhelm Zeller would not seek reappointment.
