Travelers has increased the number of directors on its board to 13 from 11, electing Rafael Santana and Bridget van Kralingen.

The carrier said in a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) that Santana and van Kralingen will serve until their respective successor is elected and has qualified to serve.
