Arch Re’s facultative division has named Santi Hernandez its new CEO and promoted Scott Montgomery to president as part of a host of promotions announced on Tuesday.

Jennifer Apgar, who has served as CUO and COO, will take on the additional responsibility of building out the infrastructure to handle Arch Re’s fac growth.
