Specialty lines P&C carrier Skyward Specialty has recruited Tim Brewer and Dan Kearney to boost its surety and excess and surplus (E&S) operations.

Brewer joins Skyward as commercial surety vice president overseeing the carrier’s southeast region following a six-year stint at Swiss Re, where he served as surety vice president.
