Short interest update: New year profit-taking
Insurance firms began the new year with slipping stock prices – which correlates with movement in short interest. However, short interest remained high in InsurTechs despite major stock movements, indicating that stock prices haven’t yet dropped to the levels short-sellers expect them to hit.
