Metromile said Tuesday that company stockholders have approved the proposed merger agreement entered with Lemonade to acquire the auto InsurTech in an all-stock transaction.

The merger proposal was supported by at least 95.9% of the votes cast during a special meeting of stockholders on Tuesday, representing around 63.6%
