Insurance broker Brown & Brown has acquired Florida-based MGA Orchid Underwriters and MGU CrossCover Insurance Services for an undisclosed amount. 

The companies are expecting to complete the deal before April 2022, subject to certain closing conditions.

Orchid is a program administrator that provides homeowners’ products in coastal zones for high-net-worth customers.
