Gallagher Re’s new post-integration operating model will seek to connect strong regional units with central products and capabilities with a view to creating a truly client-centric organisation, CEO James Kent is understood to have told staff today.

In an internal company announcement issued 90 days after AJ Gallagher closed its acquisition of Willis Re from WTW, Kent provided a roadmap to staff on integration, and set out future announcements.
