Mosaic Insurance has entered an agreement to acquire the Lloyd’s managing agent of SiriusPoint, Sirius International Managing Agency (SIMA), subject to Lloyd’s and regulatory approval.

As part of the deal, SiriusPoint will become a strategic investor in Mosaic and participate in Mosaic’s syndicated capital programme across several lines of business.
