Clock ticks down on Florida property insurance reform bill

With just two days left in the 2022 Florida legislative session, time is running out for lawmakers to pass a property insurance bill that reforms roof litigation and reduces Citizens Property Insurance Corp’s policy count.

The Florida Senate passed Senate bill SB 1728 last Thursday, but it seems to have stalled in the state’s House of Representatives.
