Bobman steps up Argo campaign by launching proxy fight to join board

Activist investor Ron Bobman has heaped more pressure on Argo's management and board, with his company Capital Returns proposing to nominate Bobman and David Michelson to join the board of the embattled insurer.

Capital Returns published a proxy filing seeking to nominate the directors as part of efforts to ensure that Argo is run in the best interests of investors.
