Capital Returns slaps back at Argo, demands vote on board nominees in early May

Activist investor Ron Bobman’s Capital Returns demanded that Argo Group set a date for a vote on its board nominees in early May as it slapped back at the insurer’s claims that its board and executive leadership have made “significant progress to strengthen the company".
