Embattled Bermudian (re)insurer Argo Global has filed its annual report with the Securities and Exchange Commission, following an initial delay in publication.

The company announced earlier this month that the report would not be filed within the prescribed time period, citing a loss of personnel in accounting functions, but said that it would submit the report within a 15-day extension.
