While there has been a lot of discussion around the implementation of corporate vaccine mandates and Covid-accommodations as companies prepare for the “return to work”, employment practices liabilities (EPLI) underwriters are more concerned that office interactions could be fertile ground for growing discrimination, sexual harassment, and retaliation claims, sources have said.
