Lighthouse has Demotech ‘A’ rating withdrawn

Lighthouse Property Insurance and Lighthouse Excalibur Insurance have lost their ‘A’ exceptional ratings from Demotech, as the wider Florida primary market confronts persistent high levels of litigation, loss inflation and rising reinsurance costs.
