Mark Groenheide, who until recently worked at GuideOne Insurance as senior vice president (SVP) of excess and surplus lines, has filed a complaint against the firm’s acting CEO Andy Noga alleging he faced discrimination during his tenure at the mutual. 

On a LinkedIn post, the executive publicly disclosed he had filed a complaint after facing intolerance at the company with regards to his sexual orientation.
