An order from a Delaware judge requiring the disclosure of all third-party litigation financing arrangements in matters brought before the top federal court in Delaware could point to a developing trend of judges taking the lead on requiring such details be revealed.

Last month, Delaware chief judge Colm Connolly issued an order that all cases where a party has arranged to receive funding from a third-party in exchange for a financial interest be disclosed.
