Everest Re has hired Jiten Voralia as senior vice president and head of treaty casualty and surety, where he will lead the strategic direction and underwriting strategy of the portfolio.

Voralia will replace Dennis Alba, who is retiring after a forty-year career in the industry. He will report to Jill Beggs, head of North America reinsurance.
