AIG is piloting an ESG underwriting framework across its general insurance portfolio as it looks to integrate environmental, societal and governance (ESG) considerations across all product lines, its latest ESG report shows.

The carrier’s second annual ESG report, which covers progress on climate and diversity-related goals, confirms a step change in transparency over carbon emissions across its operations, underwriting and investments.
