Florida Citizens reinsurance program remains 64% unplaced

Florida Citizens Property Insurance has placed 36% of its reinsurance program, or $1.25bn of a targeted $3.43bn, with the biggest gap in coverage applying to its personal lines account.

The personal lines account is just 14% placed – representing $309mn out of the target limit of $2.19bn.
