Argo’s auditor EY resigns after twin 10-K delays

Argo Group has selected KPMG as its new auditor after EY resigned from the position following two years in which the carrier failed to file its annual report within the prescribed time period.

In an SEC filing tonight, the firm said EY had tendered its resignation as the company’s independent registered public accounting firm.
