Axa XL has hired three professionals to expand its commercial errors and omissions (E&O) insurance team in the US.

The hires include Melissa Sowa as senior vice president, underwriting manager of miscellaneous professional liability, John Birkhofer as vice president, senior underwriter professional liability and Michelle Anderson as E&O senior underwriter and program manager.
