Metromile has announced that its merger with Lemonade will now close in early Q3 2022, as opposed to previously provided estimates of a Q2 closure, according to a company filing.

Last November, Lemonade announced it entered an agreement to buy auto InsurTech Metromile through an all-stock transaction, implying a diluted equity value of $500mn, or $200mn net of cash.
