Less than 25% of the world’s top 200 insurers have fully digitized their value chains while more than 10% are failing to use digital technology within their current processes, according to a report.

Acord’s 2022 Insurance Digital Maturity Study found that more than half of the largest global insurers are still exploring how digitization could be applied to their business models.
